Clifford E. Bradshaw

Reverend Clifford E. Bradshaw, age 92, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at his home surrounded by his caring family. 

He was the son of the late Stewart Bradshaw and the late Annie Ford Bradshaw and a native of Caldwell County. He was a US Navy veteran.  He was a graduate of Fruitland Bible College and Southeastern Seminary. Reverend Bradshaw was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where he served as pastor for over 31 years with the help of his wife Mildred Beane Bradshaw who died in May of this year.  Clifford also served as pastor of various other churches in Rutherford County.  He worked part time for McMahan's Funeral Home as a funeral assistant for over 35 years.

He is survived by 

Two Daughters: 
Penny B Lovelace and her husband Johnnie of Rutherfordton.
Paula Scoggin and her husband Mike of Rutherfordton.

Two brothers:
Wayne Bradshaw of Hudson, NC and Harold Bradshaw of Illinois  
Three Grandchildren: 
Matthew Lovelace, Heather McEntire, and Rusty Scoggin 
Six Great-Grandchildren

The graveside service will be at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery at 11:30 AM, Friday, October 18, 2019 with Reverend Bryan Hardin officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church: 224 Chimney Rock Rd. Rutherfordton, NC 28139, or Hospice of the Carolina Foothills: P.O. Box 336 Forest City, NC 28043. McMahan's Funeral Home & Cremation Services are in charge of arrangements.
