Anita Haynes Taylor, age 58, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at her home. She was a native of Rutherford County and the daughter of the late Adam Arthur Haynes. She was a member of Piney Knob Baptist Church and held multiple jobs over thirty one years with the town of Lake Lure with the last position being Director of Human Resources. Anita loved going to consignment shops and spending time with her beloved family. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and sister in law, best friend and coworker and will be missed dearly. She is survived by her husband of thirty nine years Jerry Spencer Taylor. The Funeral service will be at Piney Knob Baptist Church at 1:00 PM, Friday, September 21, 2018 with Reverend Michael Brown and Reverend Jack Crain officiating.
