Bengie L. Guffey, age 78, of Rutherfordton, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2021, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Ben and Virginia Barnes Guffey and a native of Rutherford County. Bengie was a member at Southern Baptist Church in Ruth,NC.

She is survived by her cousin Winnie Elliot, of Rutherfordton.

There will be a private interment for Bengie at Southern Baptist Church Cemetery, Rutherfordton, NC. McMahan's Funeral Home & Cremation Services in charge of arrangements.
