Bobby West, age 76, of Bostic, died Friday, September 14, 2018, at his home He was a native of Rutherford County and the son of the late Willie Burgin West and the late Sarah Maude Cudd West. He attended Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church in Bostic. He loved to race dirt track cars, going to the beach, woodworking, riding his motorcycle and boating on Lake James. Bobby was a loving Dad, grandfather, great grandfather and brother and loved to spend time with his family. He was preceded in death by one daughter Deborah West Keck and one brother Carl Michael West. He is survived by: One Daughter: Sherry West McNeilly and husband Tim One Sister: Daphine Franklin One Brother: Paul West Five Grandchildren: Leah Bridges, Jamie Frankoski, Derrick McNeilly, Benjamin Keck and Samuel Keck. Five Great-Grandchildren: Isaiah Hunt, Bella Bridges, Kastyn Frankoski, Kadyn Frankoski and Maeleigh McNeilly. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 21, 2018 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at McMahan's Funeral Home. The memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm in McMahan's Chapel with Reverend Mike Snelgrove officiating. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills at P.O.
