Brenda Gail Wellborn, age 55, of Shiloh Community, died Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Rutherford Regional Medical Center in Rutherfordton. She was a native of Spartanburg, SC and the daughter of the late Peggy Joyce Davis Mills. She loved music and going to concerts, taking care of her cats and loved to do for other people.
