Carroll Williams, age 85, of Rutherfordton, died Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at Colonial Manor Health Care.

He was the son of the late Luther and the late Nancy Conner Williams and he was a native of Rutherford County. Carroll was the widower of the late Myrtle Williams. He was a member of Glenwood Baptist Church. He worked as automobile detailer for many years. He was preceded in death by two sons; Ricky and Johnny Williams, one daughter Debbie Coker. Carroll was also preceded in death by his brothers; R C Williams, Gene Williams, Dazel Williams, and Claude Williams, sisters; Hazel Whiteside, Christine Goode, Neal Snyder, Zelia Mae Bridges, Dorothy Radford, and Alice Williams. He loved his beloved family and talked about wanting  to see the ones that went to heaven before him. Carroll loved to watch NASCAR with his nephews; Eddie, Roger, Randy, Bryson, Randall, Ray and Billy, Travis Conner and Daisy too. He is survived by: Many nieces and nephews The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Thursday, June 25, 2020 at McMahan's Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be at Glenwood Baptist Church Cemetery at 3:30 PM, Thursday, June 25, 2020 with Reverend Chad Sisk and Reverend Buddy Campbell officiating.  Interment will be at Glenwood Baptist Church Cemetery.
