Daniel Alejandro Perez Vivas, age 37 , of Shelby, North Carolina, formerly of Pembroke Pines Florida, died Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

Survivors include: his father, Daniel Perez Martinez; his mother and stepfather, Rosa Francia Vivas, and Vladimir Sautier; and his two sisters, Laura Perez, and Teba Perez.

Services will be held at a later date in Florida.

McMahan's Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of cremation arrangements.
