Doris Atkins, age 50, of Rutherfordton, died Friday, September 13, 2019, at Atrium Health Carolina's Medical Center Main in Charlotte, NC. She was the daughter of the late Harry Atkins Sr. and the late Carrie Wranger Atkins. Doris was a native of Fredricksburg, VA and she was a member of Pilgrims Way Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband: Mark Lonzie Nutter.
