Dorothy Webb Ruppe age 85 of Forest City, died Monday, November 28, 2016 at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. She was the daughter of the late Johnny Winfred Webb and the late Lillian Mae Flack Webb. She is survived by: One daughter: Sheila Hopkins and her husband Garry One sister: Juanita Smart The Graveside service will be 4:00 PM Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
