Faye A. Pritchard, age 90, of Rutherfordton, NC, went to be with the Lord Friday, October 17, 2025, at her home.

A native of Rutherford County, Faye was the daughter of the late Merle W. Arrowood and Katie Lee Arrowood. In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Roy Edward Pritchard, her daughter, Shirley McEntire, and eight of her siblings. Faye was a member at Little White Country Church. She enjoyed helping her husband Roy cut the grass. Faye was a loving and devoted wife, and mother.

Faye is survived by her sister, Nora Arrowood Prichard, two brothers, Merle Arrowood Jr. and his wife Mildred, Alton Arrowood and his wife Judy, two grandchildren, Philip Scott McEntire Sr., and Brigit Harris, four great-grandchildren, Philip Scott McEntire Jr., Tyler Harris, Angela Harris, and Krista Harris.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 22, 2025, at Little White Country Church. The funeral service will be at Little White Country Church at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, October 22, 2025, with Reverend Buddy Campbell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
