Frances Morgan Ross , age 89, of Forest City, died Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Oak Grove Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Morris Morgan and the late Florence Melton Morgan. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Broadus Ross; two sons Douglas Ross and Joel Ross; two brothers Roy Morgan and Floyd Morgan; one sister Elizabeth Randall. Frances was a member of Mount Vernon Baptist Church. Survivors include: Two Sisters: Lois Hutchins Ruby Wingo Two daughter-inlaw's: Mary Ann Johnson Marylon Ross Three grandchildren Three great-grandchildren Three step grandchildren And a number of numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Mount Vernon Baptist Church. The funeral service will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Mount Vernon Baptist Church with Reverend Dr Scott Courtney officiating. Interment will be at Mount Vernon Baptist Cemetery.
