Frank J. Privitera Jr., age 67, of Ellenboro, NC, died Friday, March 6, 2026, at Atrium Health Cleveland  in Shelby, NC.  He was a native of Jamestown, New York.

He was the son of the late Frank Privitera and preceded in death by a brother Jim Privitera.  Frank was a Christian. He loved people and enjoyed his hospitality job that he worked so hard at. Traveling and NASCAR was his passion; especially the late Dale Earnhart.

He is survived by his loving  wife of 23 years; Judy Privitera, three daughters; Karen Rabideau (Joe), of  Apex, NC, Lisa Files, of Tampa, FL, Melissa Willingham, (Jay) of Raleigh, NC, his mother; Kathleen Jones of Jamestown, NY, two stepsons; Michael Pruett and Randy Pruett, four brothers; Mike Rock, Ron Privitera, Don Privitera, and Joe Privitera, one sister; Pat Privitera, five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Friday, March 13, 2026, at McMahan's Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 PM, Friday, March 13, 2026, with Reverend Tom Runyon officiating.  McMahan's Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
