Gerald James Slosar, age 53, of Stubbs Rd. Ellenboro, NC, died Thursday, May 26, 2011, at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Slosar was employed as an electronics technician with Continental Teves, a member of Beta Fi fraternity, and a veteran of the US Navy. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, He was the son of the late Louis Slosar and the late Frances Adamowicz Slosar He is survived by his wife: Leslie Jean Slosar. Three Brothers: Louis J. Slosar, Cleveland, OH Donald W. Slosar and wife Dyann, Dallas, TX Philip M. Slosar and wife Janet, Chesterland, OH A memorial service will be held at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel at 5:00 PM, Tuesday, May 31, 2011. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice. McMahan's Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the Slosar Family.
