J. Lucas Cole, age 38, of Saluda, NC, went home to be with the Lord on November 25, 2016. He was a native of Rutherford County and the son of Steve Cole and Gail Atchley He is also survived by his loving wife: Amy Guice Cole. One Brother: Brad Cole Four nephews: Daniel Cole, Jeremih Jolley, Derek Cole and Elijah Jolley Two Nieces: Adelyn Jolley and Penelope Jolley and many other family and friends. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the church. The memorial service will be at Piney Knob Baptist Church at 3:00 PM, Thursday, December 1, 2016 with Rev. Michael Brown and Rev. Wayne Stafford officiating. Those planning to attend the service are asked to wear a Duke t-shirt or Duke Blue. Jeans are optional. McMahan's Funeral Home and Cremation Service in charge of the arrangements.
