Jack Wayne Bailey, age 73 , of Rutherfordton, NC, died Friday, January 27, 2017. He was the son of the late Andrew Bailey and the late Connie Baker Bailey and a native of Lancaster, SC. He was the owner and operator of Bailey's Trucking. Jack was preceded in death by a son Gerald W. Bailey and two brothers; James D. Bailey and Glen S. Bailey; one sister Isabelle Ledbetter. He loved his dogs. He is survived by his wife: JoAnn Arrowood Bailey. One Daughter: Teresa B. Garris and her husband Walt of Lancaster, SC One Son: Andrew Bailey and his wife Renee of Kershaw, SC One step-daughter Lee Arrowood Walker and her companion Richard Cummons of Rutherfordton. One Sister: Esther B. Knight, Lancaster, SC One Brother: Douglas Bailey and his wife Carol of Lancaster, SC Four Grandchildren: Jessica Keye Tufano, Dylian Bailey and Johnathan Bailey. Two Great-Grandchildren One Step- granddaughter: Samantha Walker Hoots. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Funeral service will be at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, February 1, 2017 with Reverend Ad Hopper and Reverend Paul Nelon officiating.
