James A. Norr, Jr., age 83, of Forest City, died Friday, March 18, 2022, at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.

He was the son of the late James Norr and the late Martha Norr. James was a native of Crawford County Pennsylvania.

In addition to his parents James was preceded in death by his wife Karen Norr; and by three brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include:

One Son: James A. Norr, III and his wife Treva

Two Sisters: Donna Fleeger and Delores Norr

One Brother: Marvin Norr

Two Grandchildren

Three Great-Grandchildren
