Jean Mae Ervin, age 84, of Salisbury, NC, died Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Accordius Health at Salisbury in Mooresboro, NC.

A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late John Bynum Padgett and Georgia Powell Padgett. Jean worked at Watts Regulator for a number of years before she retired. Jean was also preceded in death by her husband, Doyle P. Ervin, her daughters, Robin Champion, and Dorann Horton, and one son, Timothy Fred Padgett.

Survivors include, her son, Billy Joe Ervin, and her grandchildren, Brandy Pringle, Chad Greenlee, Travis Padgett, Heather Whitesides, Ashley Adams, and Amy Johnson.
