John "Jack" Larkins, age 82, of Rutherfordton, died Friday, July 1, 2022, at his residence.

He was the son of the late Daniel Larkins and the late Catherine Larkins.

Jack was a native of Philadelphia, PA. He enjoyed camping, traveling, golf and woodworking. He was known to be a colorful fellow.

Survivors include:

Wife: Barbara Sladovich.

One Daughter: Marirose Larkins

One Son: John Larkins and his wife Sherry

Two Brothers: Dan Larkins and his wife Mary Ellen Pat Larkins and his wife Elaine

Three Grandsons: Colin Larkins and his wife Megan Tyler Larkins Kyle Larkins

One Great-Granddaughter: Madelyn Larkins
