Joshua Glenn Bivens, age 28, of Rutherfordton, went home to be with the Lord Friday, June 11, 2021.  He was a native of Henderson County and grew up in Landrum, South Carolina.

Josh is survived by his two sons, Maddox and Jaxxon Bivens and many other family and friends that loved him dearly.

Josh was a member at Holly Springs Baptist Church.  He enjoyed many hobbies such as playing golf and fishing, but above all he loved spending time with his boys and family. Josh had a way of bringing so much joy and laughter wherever he was. He was so genuine, hardworking, kind hearted, respectful and loved with his whole heart.
