Karen Holland Bostic, age 58, of Gaffney, SC, died Friday, March 3, 2023, at Mission Hospitals in Asheville, NC with her loving family with her. Karen was a native of Rutherford County and daughter of the late Lois Louise Harris Stanley and preceded in death by her son Christopher Scott Smith. She attended United Christian Fellowship Church in Gaffney. Karen always planned and loved to take family trips.  She dearly loved all her family and especially her grandkids.

She is survived by her husband, Timothy Wayne Bostic, one daughter, Christy Williams (Ryan) of Landrum, SC, one son, Daniel Hoyle (Brittany) of Forest City, father, Dazel Holland of Spindale, two sisters, Tammy Whitener (Randy) of Rutherfordton, Angela Stanley (Jose) of  Statesville, NC, one brother, Eddie Holland (Shannon) of Spindale, nine grandchildren, step-children, Keely Bostic, Serena Bostic, Sierra Bostic, and Kendall Bostic.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at McMahan's Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, March 7, 2023, with Reverend Brannon Poore officiating. Interment will be at Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.  The family will at the home  of Daniel & Brittany Hoyle.  McMahan's Funeral Home & Cremation Services in charge of arrangements.
