Kathryn Ann Guffey, age 56, of Rutherfordton, died Sunday, July 19, 2020, at her home.

She was the daughter of the late C B Guffey and the late Hattie Guffey and she was a native of Rutherford County. Kathryn worked as an RN for many years of her life.

Kathryn is survived by:

One Son: Zant Lee Chapelo

Five Brothers: Michael Guffey Don Whitener Mark Guffey Bobby Guffey Charles Guffey

One Sister: Cheryl Ramsey

Two grandchildren: Riley Chapelo and Millie Chapelo
