Kathy June Elliott, age 62, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Sunday, July 22, 2018, at Mission Hospitals in Asheville. She was the daughter of the late Dee Olen Elliott and the late Flora Panthy Wilson Elliott. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother John Thomas Elliott. June was a native of Rutherford County. She was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church, loving sister and aunt. She was employed for 20 years at Tanner Company. She is survived by: One Brother: Billy Elliott and wife Rachel of Rutherfordton One Sister-in-law: Joyce Elliott of Rutherfordton Two Nephews: J.D. Elliott Josh Elliott and wife Amanda The funeral service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Debbie Toney officiating. The family will receive friends after the committal service in the New Hope United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. Interment will be in the New Hope United Methodist Church Cemetery.
