Leland Herman Bailey, age 74, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Monday, April 20, 2015, at Rutherford Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late James Clarence Bailey and the late Effie Bailey Leland was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Polk County. He was a former truck driver. Survivors include: his wife Martha Cole Bailey. Warren Elliott officiating. His body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will receive friends after the service in the church fellowship hall.
