Linda Ann Rhodes Condrey, age 74, of Spindale, died Friday, September 2, 2022, at Accordius Health at Rutherfordton.

She was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Minnie Bell Rhodes. In addition to her parents Linda was preceded in death by her husband Fred Hartman Condrey and a sister Iva May Conner.  Linda was a native of Rutherford County. She was also a member of Mount Lebanon Baptist Church but had been attending Piney Knob Baptist Church. She was a loving person that will be loved and missed by all.

She is survived by one daughter, Chassidy Cogdell, and her husband Calvin Cogdell, one son, Chad Condrey, and his wife Jennifer Condrey, two brothers, Grady C. Rhodes, and Everett Rhodes, and beloved by her four grandchildren, Reid H. Condrey, Annah M. Condrey, Ashley L. Aldridge and Amber C. Aldridge as well as many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Monday, September 5, 2022, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.  The memorial service will be 2:00 PM Monday, September 5, 2022, at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Michael Brown officiating.
