Margaret Angela Skipper, age 75, of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2022, at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.

She was the daughter of the late Broughton and Margaret Morrow, and she was a native of Rutherford County. One thing Angela loved to do was to go to yard sales and flea markets for fun. In addition to her parents, Angela was preceded in death by two sisters, Faye Barnette, and Jane Holland, and one brother, Roger Morrow.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Skipper, two daughters, Lynn Fowler, and Angela Fowler, three sons, Jonas Fowler (Wendy), Chuck Fowler (Sandra), and John Fowler (Jennifer), one sister, Nancy Morrow, thirteen grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at McMahan's Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 21, 2022. Interment will follow at Rutherfordton City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, OK, 73123. McMahan's Funeral Home & Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements.
