Martha Ellenburg White, age 84, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Sunday, November 1, 2020, at Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills.

She was the daughter of the late Luther Ellenburg and the late Theo Ford Ellenburg and a native of Rutherford County.  Martha was the widow of the late Wallace White and preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.  She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

She is survived by

Two Daughters: Tamara Tate Keia Howerton

Two Sons: Shawn White Jeffrey Melton

Three Sisters:

Lura Wyatt, Melvina Melton and Mary Moss

Nine Grandchildren Seventeen Great-Grandchildren

The Graveside service will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery at 3:00 PM, Thursday, November 5, 2020 with Reverend William Swink officiating. Inurnment will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will greet friends following the service at the cemetery.  McMahan's Funeral Home & Cremation Services in charge of arrangements.
