Pamela Terry Ownbey, age 62, of Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Monday, July 28, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born March 3rd, 1963, in Rutherfordton to the late Paul and Mildred Terry.

Pam loved serving the Lord. As WM director at Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church, Pam touched many lives. She loved God and her family with her whole heart.

Pam is survived by her husband of 27 years, Shane Ownbey, her two daughters, Ashley Cole, and Shana Hibbert (Barrington Hibbert II), her granddaughter, Michaela Littlejohn, mother-in-law, Regaina Ownbey, and brother Tim Terry.

Receiving friends will be held from 10am to 11am Wednesday July 30, 2025, followed by the funeral service at 11am with Reverend Jack Crain and Reverend Jamie Pascarella officiating. All services will be held at Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness Church. Interment will be private in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shingle Hollow Congregational Holiness WM group; 2466 Cove Rd. Rutherfordton, NC 28139.  McMahan's Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
