Pat Wade, age 71, of Lake Lure, NC, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at her home in Lake Lure, NC.

She was a nurse at Park Ridge hospital and worked in the labor and delivery unit. Patricia was preceded in death by her father, Allen Lentz.

She is survived by her husband: Robert "Bob" Wade.

Mother: Marjore Lentz

Two Sons: Aaron Eckhardt Kevin Eckhardt and his wife Mary

Two Brothers: Michael Lentz Keith Lentz

And two grandchildren, Henry, and Emily Eckhardt.

There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are being handled by McMahan's Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
