Patricia Womble Upton, age 73, of Spindale, NC, passed awayTuesday, September 26, 2023, at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.

Patricia was the daughter of the late Billy Womble and Aileen Womble. She was a native of Grantham, NC.

She was a much loved sister, mother and grandmother to everybody.

Survivors include, one daughter, Lisa Burgin and her husband Stephen, two sons, Billy Upton, and Scott Upton, two brothers, Kenneth Womble and his wife Joan, Johnny Womble and his wife Patricia, two sisters, Kathy Hughes and her husband Bob, and Gerri Ma'Ilo and her husband Peter, five grandchildren, Stephen Burgin and his wife Cody, Emily Upton, Alex Burgin, Nicky Burgin, and Journey Burgin, and many friends and family, and many of her childrens friends that she considered family.
