Patsy McKinney Groves, age 84, of Forest City, NC, died Wednesday, April 22, 2020, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Bell and Roy Blankenship and she was a native of Rutherford County. Patsy was a member of Glenwood Baptist church where she played the piano for many years. In addition to her parents Patsy was preceded in death by her first husband Floyd McKinney, and one sister, Frances Roberts.

She is survived by her husband: Bill Groves. One Daughter: Cheryl Cole and her husband Mark Three Sons: Rex McKinney and his wife Barbara Ricky McKinney and his wife Cindy Gary McKinney and his wife Susan One Sister: Carolyn Scism Six Grandchildren and five Great-Grandchild Patsy is also survived by three step-children and 6 step-grandchildren.
