Randy Keith Laughter Sr., age 61, of Rutherfordton, NC, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Rutherford Regional Medical Center.

He was the son of the late Ted and Francis Laughter. Randy was a native of Rutherford County. He was a Devout Christian. He loved anything Mopar and to wheel and deal. He was a master of all trades. Randy loved his family very much. He loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ most of all. Randy was the type of person that would give you the shirt off his back if you were in need.

Survivors include, one daughter, Heather Sha Laughter Wilson and her husband Jason, one son, Randy Keith Laughter, Jr. and his wife Kimberly that he loved as his own daughter, four brothers, James Laughter, Arthur Laughter, Roger Laughter and Harold Laughter, one sister, Margaret Johnson, five grandchildren, Kayleigh, Kinsley, and Kyler Wilson, Adam and Keelen Laughter.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, December 18, 2023 at McMahan's Funeral Home.  The funeral service will be at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Shane Jackson and Reverend Matthew Morgan officiating.. Interment will be at Kistler's Chapel United Methodist Church cemetery, Rutherfordton, NC. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society 120 Executive Park, Building 1 Asheville, NC 28801. McMahan's Funeral Home & Crematory in charge of arrangements.
