R.C. "Odell" Davis, age 77, of Forest City, NC, died on Tuesday, August 6 in Greenwood S.C. A native of Madison County NC, he was the son of the late Clifford and Elva Davis. Odell was a US Army Veteran and had worked at AGI Industries and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by his wife of 39 years Ruth Davis. Three Daughters: Kathy Davis of Hendersonville Teresa Owens of Forest City Tonya Robbins-Balduf of Tennessee Two Sons: Keith Davis of Boston Mass. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, Friday August 9 at McMahan's Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church at 11:00 AM, Saturday, August 10 with Rev. Don Crawford officiating. Burial with military honors accorded by the Rutherford County Honor Guard will follow in the church cemetery.
