Robert William Arrowood, age 63, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Wednesday, June 21, 2023.

A native of Rutherford County, Robert was the son of the late Reid Arrowood, and the late Louise Taylor  Arrowood. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Sammy Arrowood, and James Arrowood, and one sister, Pat Parker.

He is survived by one son, Robert Arrowood Jr., four sisters, Linda Hardin, Barbara Shires, Judy Nodine, and Regina Arrowood, one brother, Dale Arrowood, and one granddaughter, Chloe Vinci.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, June 24, 2023, at McMahan's Funeral Home.  The graveside  service will be at Southern Baptist Church Cemetery at 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 25, 2023, with Reverend Raymond Byrd officiating. Interment will be at Southern Baptist Church Cemetery,   McMahan's Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
