Robert Edward Boone, age 81, of Forest City, NC, died Monday, January 10, 2022, at Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills.

He was the son of the late Dillard Boone and the late Lela Dimsdale Boone. Robert was a native of Rutherford County. He was a member of Smith Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Jean Boone and seven siblings; Edith Hill, Lillian Skipper, Juanita Walker, Shirley Allen, Vivian Byers Bailey, Nellie Raxter and Landon Dillard Boone.

One Brother: Johnny Willard Boone
