Ronnie Waylon Scruggs, age 68, of Forest City, NC, died Thursday, October 18, 2018.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents Cleatus Scruggs and Cathyron Scruggs.
He is survived by his wife; Letha Scruggs.
