Ruby Conner Hodge, age 94, of Rutherfordton, died Thursday, June 25, 2020, at Willow Ridge Rehabilitation & Living Center. She was the daughter of the late Boney Simpson Conner and the late Daisy Mathis Conner. In addition to her parents Ruby was preceded in death by husband Shuford Jonas Hodge; daughter Brenda Dianne Vaughan; daughter-in-law's Alma Hodge and Tammy Hodge, son-in-law Mike Vaughan; brother Herman Van Conner. She was a native of Polk County and was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include: Three Sons: Roger A. Hodge Larry S. Hodge and his wife Sondra Ronnie C. Hodge One sister: Juanita McFalls Three grandchildren Three great-grandchildren The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, June 28, 2020 at McMahan's Funeral Home. The graveside service will be 11:00 AM Monday, June 29, 2020 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Polk County with Reverend Ronnie Hodge officiating.
