Sandra Holliday Swink, age 71, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Monday, June 1, 2020, at Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills.

She was the daughter of the late W C  Holliday and the late Gerrlynn Cooper Holliday and she was a native of Greenville County, SC. Sandra was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She loved to quilt and singing in the church choir. Sandra was also a lover of cardinals. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by one brother; Sam Childers.

She is survived by her husband: Reverend William E. Swink.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 4, 2020 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.  The funeral service will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 4, 2020 with Reverend Brent Frady, Reverend Rick Wall, and Reverend Dr. Scott Thompson officiating. Interment will be at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Dr. David Jendrey and Reverend Donald Hollifield officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Building Fund; 563 Pleasant Hill Church Rd., Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
