Teresa Gail LaRue, age 70, of Union Mills, died Saturday, August 11, 2018, at Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills in Forest City. She was a native of Rutherford County and the daughter of the late Roy Elbert Hopson and the late Lorene Padgett Hopson. She was a member of Father's Vineyard Church and was a constant seeker of the Lord. She was a loving wife and aunt, a talented artist and loved horses and dogs. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Pamala Johnson. She is survived by her husband of over fifty years of marriage Larry H. LaRue. The family will hold a private ceremony at a later date.
