Tony Justice, age 66, of Union Mills, NC, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in SC.

A native of Rutherford County, Tony was the son of the late Millard and Pauline Justice.  Tony was a member of Little White Country Church.  He absolutely loved fishing, camping, and going out to eat at Cracker Barrel. Tony's family, especially his son Bryan, was his greatest love.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Theresa Justice, one son, Bryan of the home, one sister, Cyndi Justice of Virginia, one brother, Charles Justice (Cheryl) of Caroleen, and special friend to Tony and Theresa, Gail Crawford of Forest City.

The family directed memorial service will be 2:00 P.M.  Saturday, January 6, 2024 at the Little White Country Church with Reverend Donald Dover, Chad Sechriest, and Jack Crain officiating. Cyndi Justice will give the eulogy. There will be no formal visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little White Country Church; Painters Gap Road; Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
