Beulah T. Burgess, age 77, of Forest City, died Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at her home in Forest City. She was a native of Polk County and the daughter of the late Mary Etta Tessener. She loved gardening , fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. Beulah was preceded in death by one son Terry Bolt, one grandson Bruce Bolt and one great grandson John Bolt. She is survived by: Three Daughters: Teresa Stanford and husband Jesse of Forest City. Mary Kirkpatrick of Rutherfordton. Darlene McIntyre and husband Buddy of Mill Spring Four Sons: Wayne Bolt and wife Sheila of Tryon. Funeral services will be at Big Level Baptist Church at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 9, 2015 with Rev. Dillan Bolt officiating. Interment will be at Big Level Baptist Church Cemetery.
