Danny Lee Ramsey, age 61, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Thursday, January 28, 2016, at Hospice House of Rutherford County. He was the son of the late Earnest Charles Ramsey and the late Minnie Marie Thomas Ramsey and a native of Madison County. Danny was member of Fork Creek Baptist Church and a loving father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Charleen Arrowood and Betty Crawford and 1 brother Joey Ramsey. He is survived by his wife: Nancy Hardin Ramsey. Two Daughters: Danyelle R. Dover and her husband Donald, Missy Putman and her husband Jason, One Son: Shane Ramsey and his wife Ann, Three Step-sons: John Toney and his wife Vonda, Travis Toney and his wife Chasity, Chad Toney. One Sister: Glenda Clements and her husband Bruce. One Brother: Charles Ramsey and his wife Maxine 11 Grandchildren The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, January 30, 2016 at McMahan's Funeral Home. The Funeral service will be at McMahan's Funeral Home Chapel at 5:00 PM, Saturday, January 30, 2016 with Reverend Jimmy White and Reverend Donald Dover officiating.
