Judy Poplin Bailey, age 66, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Monday, May 16, 2016, at Hospice House of Rutherford County. She was the daughter of the late James Paul Poplin and the late Margarette Wardlaw Poplin. Judy was a member of Pores Ford Baptist Church and a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by two brothers Paul Michael Poplin and James Roy Poplin. She is survived by her husband: Leon Matthew Bailey.
