Kent Bradley born in Crookston, MN October 16, 1942, passed away May 14, 2021 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC due to complications from diabetes.
Kent was a member of First United Methodist Church in Hendersonville, NC where he worshiped the Lord and served on the Card Caring Ministry. He retired to Lake Lure, NC in 2005. He loved calling North Carolina home and loved his years in Kansas City, MO, and South Florida.
The highlight of his career was the 23 years with Eastern Airlines. He worked at the airports in Augusta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, and Kansas City, MO. The people he worked with were all like family.
Kent is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Jayne Matheny Bradley, his mother-in-law, Peggy Edwards Jones, his sister-in-law, Ann Matheny Privette, and grandson, John Blundy, and his extended family. He was preceded in death by his daughter, DeAnne Bradley Blundy, and his son, Steven Scott Bradley.
