Libbie Dean Elliott

Libbie Dean Elliott, 66 of Rutherfordton, North Carolina died on Friday, March 18, 2022, at Hospice House of the Carolina Foothills.  Libbie was preceded in death by her father James Wright and mother Nadine Wright Millard and her step-father Homer Millard and she was a native of Rutherford County.  She was an active member of Green Hill Baptist Church.  She worked at the snack bar at Rutherford Hospital for many years.  She was a volunteer at hospice and made salvation bracelets for missions for the Green River Baptist Association.

Survivors include her loving husband of 49 years, Ricky J. Elliott.

Daughters, Mandy Logan, and her husband Skippy, and Dana Elliott, four grandchildren, Aaron Logan, Allyshia Logan, Cierra Logan, and India Logan, and three great grandchildren, Madilee Campbell, Chai Abernathy, and Martavis Burris Jr.

A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, at Green Hill Baptist Church with Reverend Matthew Moore officiating.  The visitation will be Monday, March 21, 2022, form 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McMahan's Funeral Home.   Interment will be in Green Hill Baptist Church Cemetery,
