Keith Lee Spangler, age 59, of Forest City died on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at the Hospice House of Rutherford County. He was retired from the Town of Forest City Water Plant. Keith was a member of Gray's Creek Baptist Church and formerly attended Harmon Street Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father John C. Spangler He is survived by his wife: Kathy Pittman Spangler. Mother- Jerry Curtis Spangler Camp Two Sisters: Kimberly S. Cook, Forest City, NC Pamela S. Curry, Ellenboro, NC The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM, Thursday, October 10, 2013 at McMahan's Funeral Home. The Funeral service will be at Gray's Creek Baptist Church at 3:00 PM, Friday, October 11, 2013 with Rev. Alvin Allen and Rev. John Godfrey officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
