Terry Wayne (T W) Walker, age 64, of Rutherfordton, NC, died Friday, March 1, 2013, at Hospice House of Rutherford County. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Native of Rutherford County. He was the son of the late Rev. Carl P. Walker. T W was a professional hunting and fishing guide and a professional dog trainer. He won the Canadian National Championship for bird dog field trials. He is survived by his life companion: Diane His Mother: Modene M. Walker of Rutherfordton, N C One Brother and his wife: Ricky Walker and Emma of Rutherfordton, NC Step-daughter and her husband: Melanie Head and Rodney of Forest City, N.C. Three beloved Grandchildren: Hunter, Hayden and Skylar Gowan Two beloved nephews and their families: Scott Walker and Marsha K. and children Bailey and Blake. Erik Pinder and Angela and children Addie and Alex. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Sunday, at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be at Shiloh Baptist Church at 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 3, 2013 with Rev. Don Crawford officiating. Interment will be at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.
